Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for the SE Advantage webinar, enrolling in the Vantageus SE Accelerator program, or accessing any content, materials, or services provided by Vantageus.

By registering, enrolling, or accessing any Vantageus content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register, enroll, or access any Vantageus content or services.

1. Parties and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant," "Client," or "You") and Vantageus ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), founded by Deborah Awe, operating at vantageus.co and contactable at info@vantageus.co.

These Terms apply to all services provided by Vantageus, including but not limited to: the SE Advantage free live webinar, the SE Blueprint program, the SE Accelerator program, the SE Accelerator VIP program, any digital products, downloadable resources, email communications, and community access.

2. The SE Advantage Webinar

The SE Advantage is a free live training event hosted by Deborah Awe on behalf of Vantageus. By registering for the webinar, you agree to the following:

Registration does not guarantee a spot. Vantageus reserves the right to limit attendance at its sole discretion.

The webinar may be recorded. By attending, you consent to being included in any recordings of the session.

The webinar date, time, platform, and format are subject to change. Vantageus will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of any changes.

The content presented at the webinar is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional career, legal, financial, or employment advice.

Vantageus makes no guarantee that attendance at the webinar will result in employment, career advancement, salary increase, or any specific career outcome.

No Employment Guarantee — Webinar

Attending the SE Advantage webinar does not guarantee that you will obtain employment as a Solutions Engineer or in any other role. Career outcomes depend entirely on individual effort, qualifications, market conditions, and factors outside the control of Vantageus.

3. The Vantageus SE Accelerator Programs

Vantageus offers three program tiers: SE Blueprint, SE Accelerator, and SE Accelerator VIP. Each program tier includes specific deliverables, access levels, and coaching components as described at the time of enrollment.

3.1 Program Descriptions. The content, structure, deliverables, and access levels of each program tier are described on the Vantageus website and in enrollment materials. Vantageus reserves the right to modify program content, structure, and delivery format to improve quality, provided that the core value and primary deliverables of the program are maintained.

3.2 Cohort Scheduling. Programs are delivered in cohort format with scheduled start dates. Enrollment in a specific cohort does not guarantee a specific start date if minimum cohort size requirements are not met. In such cases, Vantageus will offer enrollment in the next available cohort or a full refund at the Participant's election.

3.3 Program Access. Access to program materials, community platforms, and live sessions is granted upon receipt of full payment. Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials, content, or materials with any other person.

3.4 SE Accelerator VIP Services. The SE Accelerator VIP tier includes done-for-you services including custom resume preparation, interview preparation, job application assistance, and introductions to recruiters and hiring managers. These services are provided on a best-efforts basis. Vantageus does not guarantee that any job application submitted on your behalf will result in an interview or offer. Introductions to recruiters and hiring managers are made at Vantageus's sole discretion based on fit, availability, and network relationships.

No Employment Guarantee — Programs

Enrollment in any Vantageus program — including the SE Blueprint, SE Accelerator, or SE Accelerator VIP — does not guarantee employment, job interviews, salary increases, promotions, or any specific career outcome. Results vary significantly based on individual effort, background, qualifications, the job market, and factors entirely outside the control of Vantageus and Deborah Awe. Testimonials and examples used in Vantageus marketing materials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

4. Payment Terms and All Sales Final Policy

4.1 Payment. Full payment is required at the time of enrollment. Vantageus accepts payment via the methods specified at checkout. All prices are listed in US Dollars.

4.2 Payment Plans. Where a payment plan option is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of your level of participation in the program. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of program access. Vantageus reserves the right to pursue collection of outstanding balances.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. VANTAGEUS DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

4.3 No Refund Policy. All sales are final. Vantageus does not offer refunds for any program tier, digital product, or service under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, lack of time, personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to complete the program. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued.

4.4 Exceptions. The only exception to this no-refund policy is in the event that Vantageus cancels a program cohort entirely and is unable to offer an alternative cohort within a reasonable timeframe, in which case a full refund will be provided.

4.5 Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute that Vantageus believes to be unwarranted, Vantageus reserves the right to terminate your program access immediately and to pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any fees incurred.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, methodologies, documents, recordings, slides, scripts, and resources provided by Vantageus — including but not limited to the S.T.A.C.K. Assessment, the Familiarity Advantage framework, the 90-Day Roadmap, the Career Adjacency Map, and all program materials — are the intellectual property of Vantageus and Deborah Awe.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any Vantageus content without prior written permission.

You may not share program login credentials, recordings, or materials with any person who has not enrolled in the program.

You may not use Vantageus content or frameworks to create competing products, services, or programs.

Personal use of frameworks and tools for your own career transition is permitted and encouraged.

6. Participant Conduct

By participating in any Vantageus program or community, you agree to:

Engage respectfully with Deborah Awe, Vantageus staff, and fellow participants

Refrain from sharing personal contact information of other participants without their consent

Refrain from using the community for spam, solicitation, or self-promotion unrelated to your SE career transition

Refrain from recording live sessions without express written permission from Vantageus

Vantageus reserves the right to remove any participant from the program community for conduct that is disrespectful, harmful, or in violation of these terms, without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vantageus provides all programs, services, and content on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vantageus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Vantageus does not warrant that:

The program will result in employment, job interviews, or any specific career outcome

The information provided will be accurate, complete, or current at all times

The program platform or community will be uninterrupted or error-free

The program will meet your individual career needs or expectations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vantageus and Deborah Awe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in any Vantageus program, webinar, or service, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of employment opportunity, or career-related losses.

In no event shall Vantageus's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the program in which you are enrolled.

9. Earnings and Results Disclaimer

The income figures, salary ranges, and career outcomes referenced in Vantageus marketing materials, webinars, and program content are provided for illustrative purposes only. They represent average market data or individual examples and are not a guarantee, promise, or representation that you will achieve the same or similar results. Your results will depend on many factors including your background, experience, effort, market conditions, employer decisions, and circumstances entirely outside the control of Vantageus.

Vantageus is a career education and coaching company. We provide frameworks, guidance, and support. We do not guarantee employment, job placement, salary outcomes, or career advancement. A job is not guaranteed. Your outcome is entirely dependent on the work you put in, the effort you apply to your transition, the decisions of potential employers, and market conditions beyond our control.

10. Testimonials and Case Studies

Testimonials, success stories, and case studies featured in Vantageus marketing materials represent individual experiences. They are not a guarantee of results. Individual outcomes vary based on effort, background, market conditions, and other factors. The fact that a past participant achieved a specific outcome does not mean that you will achieve the same outcome.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your participation in Vantageus programs shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to These Terms

Vantageus reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted at vantageus.co with a revised effective date. Your continued participation in any Vantageus program or service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
