Register for the SE Advantage webinar — name, email address and phone number
Enroll in a Vantageus program — name, email address, phone number, billing information, and any background information you choose to share
Complete a S.T.A.C.K. Assessment or intake form — professional background, career history, skills, and goals
Communicate with us via email, community platforms, or coaching calls — the content of those communications
Submit a contact form on our website — name, email, phone number and message content

By registering for the SE Advantage webinar or enrolling in a Vantageus program, you agree to receive email communications from Vantageus including:
Webinar confirmation and reminder emails
Program access and onboarding emails
Weekly educational content and career insights
Program updates and announcements
Promotional communications about Vantageus programs and services
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from transactional emails related to an active program enrollment, such as access credentials and program scheduling communications.

Vantageus does not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Systeme.io — email marketing and funnel management
Payment processors — to process enrollment fees securely

5.2 SE Accelerator VIP Services. For clients enrolled in the SE Accelerator VIP program, we will share your professional information — including your resume, career background, and goals — with recruiters and hiring managers in our network for the express purpose of facilitating introductions on your behalf. This sharing is done only with your explicit consent and as part of the VIP service delivery.
5.3 Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vantageus, our clients, or the public.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide your program services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Webinar registrant data is retained for up to 24 months following the webinar date
Program participant data is retained for up to 36 months following program completion
Financial transaction records are retained as required by applicable law

12. Coaching Session Recordings
Live group coaching sessions conducted as part of Vantageus programs may be recorded. Recordings are shared with program participants who were unable to attend live. By participating in a live session, you consent to being included in the recording. If you do not wish to appear on video, you may attend with your camera turned off. Audio-only participation is always available.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Vantageus reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the effective date at the top of this document. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
